Hello, I’m Jennifer Ospina, the dedicated bookkeeper behind Wiley Bookkeeping, LLC, and I’m passionate about making financial processes easier to understand and manage. My approach is built on clarity, reliability, and lasting trust, and I work closely with each client to ensure their financial records support both compliance and growth.
Before entering bookkeeping, I spent years working as a nurse, and that experience continues to shape how I connect with clients today. It taught me how to listen with intention, respond with empathy, and guide people through complex or stressful situations with patience and understanding. Now based in Nevada, just one mile from the California border, I support businesses across the United States using secure, remote systems that keep everything accessible and efficient. Much of my work is centered around QuickBooks Online, where its functionality, security, and integrations allow me to maintain accuracy while streamlining everyday processes. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with animals, traveling to experience new cultures, and being outdoors through hiking, paddleboarding, backpacking, and even learning to snowboard.
My interest in simplifying complex systems led me to work with a variety of small businesses, where I gained hands-on experience managing accounting operations and understanding the challenges owners face every day. Through that journey, I realized many business owners needed more than basic support, they needed a knowledgeable bookkeeper who could clearly explain their financials and offer guidance they could truly rely on. That realization is what led me to build Wiley Bookkeeping, LLC, combining strong technical knowledge with open communication and process transparency. Today, I continue to provide financial recordkeeping services that prioritize accuracy, privacy, and consistency, helping clients stay audit-ready, reduce stress, and move forward with confidence as they grow.
